WhatsApp will stop working on millions of iphones and android devices running older operating systems. Smartphones affected are those on apple IOS 8 or earlier won’t be able to run the application and android devices 2.3.7 and older will not be work.
The latest updates come after whatsApp stopped working on devices running windows phone. Microsoft also ended the support for window 10 mobile OS in the same month.
Currently, WhatsApp supporting device running android 4.0.3 and above, and ios 9 and above. WhatsApp will also support phones running Kaios 2.5.1 and above which is existing on the JioPhone and JioPhone .
