Xiaomi has finally unleashed its Mi Notebook 14 series in India that consists of a standard Mi Notebook 14 begins at Rs 41,999 and a Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition starts at a price of Rs 54,999 its debut in India before any other country might have it.

Mi Notebook 14 features a quad-core Intel Core i5-10210U clocked at 1.6GHz. System memory is only 8GB of DDR4 RAM, while one can choose between a 256GB and 512GB NVMe SSD. the laptop uses Intel’s UHD 620 iGPU by default. One can add a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce MX 250 GPU for an additional price.

Its 14-inch IPS LCD screen has a display 1920×1080 and comes with noticeable bezels at the top. There is a room for a webcam, something that the Mi Notebook 14 does not have. Xiaomi says that it will throw in a 720p Mi Webcam for free with all purchases.

Mi Notebook 14 has a number of available I/O ports
All you get is 2x USB Type-A USB 3.1 Gen 1, 1x USB 2.0, and 1x HDMI ports. the other features include in-built 2x2W speakers tuned by DTS, support for 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and a fingerprint scanner.

Prices

The base variant of the Mi Notebook 14 with no dedicated GPU and 256GB of storage can be had for INR 41,999($555).

For storage to 512GB will set you back by INR 44,999 ($593), and adding the GeForce MX250 the cost total of INR 47,999 ($633).

Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition

Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition, we can choose between an Intel Core i5-10210U and Core i7-10510U. Both variants come with 8GB of RAM, 512GB of internal storage, and a dedicated GeForce MX350 GPU.

The laptop is thinner with a 91% screen-to-body ratio (as opposed to 81% on the Mi Notebook 14.) It weighs 1.35 kilograms (2.9lb), Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition comes with USB Type-C port too, but only in the Core i7 variant. Everything else is much the same across both SKUs.

The Mi Notebook 14 Horizons Edition is priced higher. The Core i5 version retails at INR 54,999 ($725), while the maxed-out variant will set you at INR 57,999 ($765).
